Gustavo Jiménez owner of Gustavo Gourmet is an International Cuisine Chef, from the Gastronomic Institute of Mexico City. During his days in Mexico, Gustavo worked as Chef of the Venezuelan Embassy, acquiring the necesary experience in protocol and event planning.
Back in Venezuela he continued his culinary studies with the specialization in Asian Food at the Hing Training Institute of Caracas as well as several courses in the Japan Embassy obtaining the Japanese Food Chef Certification.
His wide experience also include colaborations for prestigious restaurants and hotels in Caracas such as Taiko, Arigato Sushi & Thai, Hotel Avila as Sous-Chef and Altamira Suites as Chef.
He also made colaborations for the well-recognized Guillermo Tell restaurant. His experience working for great and prestigious hotels gives Gustavo the oportunity to manage and organize corporate and social events at big scale. In Margarita Island he worked for the well-known asian food restaurants Nimana and Wasabi.
